Silent Sands

Verse 1

Beneath the endless sky of rust and gold,
Whispers rise from tombs the sands once told.
Each grain a memory, each wind a cry,
Echoes of empires too proud to die.

Pre-Chorus

The dunes shift like time’s own hand,
Burying kings where they once stood grand.
But the desert keeps what men forget—
Secrets in the scorching breath of sunset.

Chorus

Oh, the silent sands sing louder than war!
A symphony of echoes from a thousand years before.
Strings weep with the voice of the wind’s command,
While drums march with the sun’s scorching hand.

Verse 2

Caravans fade where the mirage lies,
Their shadows stretched thin ‘neath the vultures’ eyes.
The stars here whisper in ancient tongue,
Of love turned to ash on a conqueror’s tongue.

Bridge (Instrumental swell with erhu solo)

[Music rises: Pipa trembles like heatwaves, cellos groan like shifting dunes, cymbals clash like scimitars.]

Final Chorus

Oh, the silent sands bleed history’s scars!
A crescendo of ruins ‘neath the trembling stars.
Let the orchestra roar like the desert’s demand—
We’re all just dust in the silent sands’ hand.
